Who we are

TI Pharmacy Consultancy is a specialist consultancy supporting pharmacy owners and operators through the full range of NHS market entry, contract management and regulatory compliance matters in England and Wales.

We work with independent pharmacists, small pharmacy groups and larger operators — providing the same quality of advice regardless of the size of your business.

Our work covers everything from new pharmacy contract applications to change of site, opening hours variations, change of ownership, distance selling applications, amalgamations, appeals and back office support. We also advise on pharmacy applications in Wales, where the regulatory framework differs from England.

Our approach

We give honest advice. If an application has a poor prospect of success, we say so at the outset rather than taking instructions and fees for a process unlikely to succeed. We take time to understand what you are trying to achieve and we advise on the strategies most likely to get you there.

We manage the process on your behalf. You do not need to deal directly with PCSE, your ICB or NHS Resolution — we handle all correspondence and submissions, keeping you informed at every stage.
